My passion for design started way back in elementary school. When everyone else was throwing together presentations at the last minute not caring about how it looked, I already had my presentation well-thought out. I always made sure my reports, presentations, and projects looked top-notch. I didn’t actively start pursuing design until High School where I filled my elective classes with all things design covering the entire creative industry from Sketching to Interior Design.

My design style has definitely changed over the years. I have to admit, I once thought comic sans was a great font choice. Ten year-old Kim, what were you thinking?!?

When it came time to start looking at colleges, I knew right away that I wanted to go into a creative profession but also wanted a solid business degree. First looking into Quinnipiac University, I was impressed by their advertising program that was based on a business principles. I decided to combine my advertising degree with a concentration in Interactive Digital Design to further my design principles. That turned out to be the best decision I made. My time at Quinnipiac fine-tuned my design esthetic so that I now design with purpose in mind. What is the purpose of this piece and how to achieve that while appearing pleasing to the eye.

Post college, I’ve had the opportunity to design both in print and digitally for brands, large and small, industries from fashion jewelry to real estate, as well as on projects huge and miniscule.

I strive to create beautiful designs that fit my clients personality while functioning with a goal in-mind.

I specialize in designing blogs and websites for WordPress, but also design for the Blogger platform when requested.
